Though I haven't spent more than sixty years of my life in my birth city, I’ve always harbored a deep affection for its soil, its dwellings, and its language - for the city of my childhood, Babol. My passion for philosophy isn't driven by any academic credentials, which I find of little value, but by the subject itself. I dabble in poetry, indulge in painting, predominantly photography, and, above all, craft films. Documentary filmmaking serves not only as a means of sustenance but also as a powerful tool of expression for me. None of these skills were acquired within the confines of any institution; I learned the art of cinema directly from the medium itself. Born on the 28th January, 1948), I have thus far created over eighty films, spanning across documentaries, semi-documentaries, and non-documentaries.
